How We Review
Every disclosure bar on this site points here, so this page owes you the whole method: where our facts come from, how the scores are built, what the affiliate links pay us, and the rules that keep the two apart.
Real Accounts, Read Terms
Every scored casino on this site has been tested using a registered account which was created from Calgary, Alberta. Each of these accounts was used to take photographs of the casino's lobbies and cashiers as they are actually served, to access each platform's own games feed for counts and payout settings, to test each deposit method to find its true floor, and to read the full published terms of each casino, quoting the clauses that matter verbatim.
Two honest limits of that method, stated plainly. Our research accounts do not wager and never will, so we do not claim play-tested payout experiences. If a casino publishes a timeframe for its withdrawals, we test that claim against the casino's own clauses instead, and say so on the page. All facts about a casino come from that casino's own site and documents, or from named official sources such as regulators. Any information a casino does not publish is reported as "not published" on our pages, and we never invent the number.
How the Scores Are Built
Each review scores five different dimensions of the casino, which you can see on the gauge board of every review page. Each of these dimensions is weighted differently, with the jackpot experience weighted the heaviest, because that is what this site exists to judge.
| Dimension | What it judges |
|---|---|
| Jackpot games | The library, the live pools, and what the platform's own feed says about them |
| Game variety | The full lobby beyond the jackpots: slots, tables, live casino |
| Banking | Real deposit floors we typed in, methods served, published payout timeframes |
| Trust and safety | Licence verified on the regulator's register, dispute routes, player-protection tools |
| Welcome bonus | The full wagering math and clauses, never the headline number |
The ranking pages follow the scores. Where a page covers a specific topic, a casino might end up in a different spot for that topic than it does overall, and the page will say so when it happens. The one rule on this site that has no exceptions: if a casino refuses our connection, we will not score that casino. LeoVegas is the standing example. It refuses connections from outside Ontario, so its page carries no score and no visit button.
Affiliate Links and Editorial Independence
Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you choose to sign up for a casino through one of them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. The full detail is in the affiliate disclosure, and the short version of our independence can be checked on the site itself: the scores are based on the documented evidence, the lowest-scored casinos carry the same kind of links as the highest-scored ones, and no casino sees or approves a page before it is published.
Dates are part of the method too. Each page carries an Updated stamp showing the most recent time we performed a complete check of that page against the live casino, because pools, lobbies and terms all change between checks. Please write to contact@jackpotcasinos.online if you find something that is incorrect, and we will check it against the source and correct the page.
One reviewer does all of this alone, using the accounts, screenshots and method described on the author page. Every review this process has produced is listed at all casino reviews.
Play Responsibly
The same accounts are used to test the player-protection tools at each casino, and those findings are gathered on our responsible gambling page. As with all gambling, there is risk in every case. Always set a deposit limit in advance, and treat every bonus and jackpot as entertainment with a price.
